As an experience designer, I lead design teams in projects of diverse nature.

From service and strategic design to highly detailed digital product definition, I strive for the right balance of user needs and experience, business goals and technological opportunities.

On a daily basis, I am involved in a combination of design research and UX design tasks, team leadership and mentoring, project management and client relationship.

Beyond project engagements, I am contributing to the growth of the studio design practice with knowledge sharing, event organisation, presentations and recruiting activities.

As part of the Customer Experience Management unit at Tieto, I was involved in all sorts of digital transformation projects for customers in finance and retail sectors, though most of my time at the company has been dedicated to an IoT initiative for a Swedish telecom operator.

My activities in that position spanned from strategic and UX design, to product ownership and client-facing role.

In parallel, I provided support to Tieto’s CEM sales efforts with service and UX design, as well as developing an IoT/M2M concept for a Swedish entity in the housing sector.

In my role as product design lead, I was responsible for the definition and execution of the product design roadmap for high traffic real estate classifieds portals.

I was responsible for product roadmap definition and execution, UX Design, User Research, functional requirements and KPI management for sport betting, casino, skill games and online poker websites.

I was responsible of sustaining continuous improvements in the gaming interface and overall user experience to ensure growing conversion and engagement rates of our products.

I had an active role as “technical interface” between company stakeholders and software development contractors for several marketing needs: sustained user engagement, campaign execution, affiliates management, email marketing and other partners’ relations.

As a UX consultant and project manager, I worked in digital strategy and web development projects for companies in retail, online gaming, insurance and public sector among others.
